Finally, somebody has written a book about mountain biking in Montana! It's called Montana Singletrack: The Mountain Biker's Guide to Montana, and it covers trails all over the state, including several in Carbon County. It's written by the same man who produced the wonderful waterproof Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness Outdoor Recreation Map.

We're putting together a great lineup of book events for this summer, featuring a wide variety of authors (including two Red Lodge authors who have new books this year). Our lineup includes Stanley Gordon West, Sarie Mackay, C.J. Box, John Clayton, Chrysti the Wordsmith, Fran Moeller Gatins, Lynne Pomeranz, Barbara Fifer, Brent Ghelfi, Janet Muirhead Hill, Neil McMahon, and more.
