The Montana/Wyoming border, which runs along the 45th North parallel, is right at the southern edge of this map. This quad shows the section of the Beartooth Highway known for its steep switchbacks as it climbs to almost 11,000 feet on its way from Red Lodge to Yellowstone Park. Much of the scenery in the Beartooth Highway Videotape is in this quad.
