Beartooth Mountains Waterproof Map

This map is similar to the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness Map, but its 1:50,000 scale and 50-foot contour lines provide more detail.

This folded map was produced in Montana by a Montana resident. It covers a somewhat larger area than the Forest Service's Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness map, including the town of Red Lodge. Features include:

• Waterproof plastic so you can use it in the rain
• Topographic with shaded relief
• Scale is 1:50,000
• Contour interval is 50 feet
• Includes trail mileages
• 2500 meter UTM grid
