Festival of Nations Cookbook

This is the 50th anniversary (1950-2000) edition of the Red Lodge Festival of Nations Cookbook, revised in 2003. It is 280 pages long and GBC (plastic "spiral") bound.

The cookbook was created with contributions from people all over the Red Lodge area as a fundraiser for the Red Lodge Festival of Nations, the nonprofit organization that puts on the Festival each year. Profits from the sale of these books go back to the Festival board.

The Red Lodge Festival of Nations Cookbook is organized and indexed by ethnic group, with chapters for:
